At Que Pasa we take tortilla chips seriously. We know that only the best efforts will produce the best product. We start with whole kernel corn, certified organically grown, from regions where the long hot summers of the American Southwest produce the select corn we need for the finest tortilla chips. Prepared from scratch on our own premises, it is this special corn and our unique method of handcooking and stone grinding (using traditional handcut volcanic millstones) that makes our tortilla chips taste so good. No artificial ingredients are added and we do not use any shortening or hydrogenated oils. We have done everything we can to produce the finest chips you can buy. Now it's your turn, enjoy them!
